A Will is almost always automatically voided if you get married after you have made it – unless it is drawn up in contemplation of marriage. If you get divorced after you have made it, any provisions in favour of your ex-spouse will be cancelled unless the Will states otherwise and your ex-spouse cannot act as your Executor/Trustee.
