I would like to register our sincere thanks for all your help and input in helping us to organise our parents’ legal affairs and, specifically, for being so patient / thorough in helping our mum to try to understand the various issues that are / were involved. You are a very friendly, able and very professional person and we are both thankful that we ‘found you’ and got you involved in our affairs.
We are very taken aback, in view of the massive amount of work you have undertaken on our behalf, the time element involved in travelling/visiting and of course addressing all our emails at how little you have actually charged us for dealing with the Wills.
